Natalie is a postpartum doula who helps moms feel less alone. She provides compassionate care and creative solutions to help you through what can be a very difficult time. Natalie is loyal and supportive, encouraging her clients to grow in order to minimize overwhelm and anxiety. She understands that new moms can feel like failures, so she works hard to validate you, and make you feel seen and heard.

Natalie also provides post-diagnosis doula care, for the mom who's just received a special needs diagnosis for their child. As a former preschool and aftercare teacher with over 5 years experience with kids with special needs, to almost 10 years experience as a mom to a child with special needs, to herself being a child, and now adult, with special needs, Natalie is uniquely equipped to help you not only understand and accept your child's diagnosis, but also to help you find the appropriate tools and services that can help your child thrive. While Natalie is not a medical professional, she is well versed in available services and she can help you know what options to explore under the care of your doctor by sharing what has worked for her family and the families of her clients (anonymously, of course). For more information regarding post-diagnosis doula services or to book your postpartum or post-diagnosis service, email hello@withnatalierodriguez.com with the subject "DOULA".
In-Person Postpartum Doula Support - $599

A postpartum doula can be a lifeline in the early newborn days. The services I provide will help mom and partner to feel relief from the exhaustion of sleepless nights, whether you need emotional support, educational guidance, or just someone to hold your sweet babe while you take a much desired shower. While I prefer my clients book services before baby is born, so we can get to know each other a little better before you are in the throws of sleep deprivation, I understand that you may not have realized how hard it would be, or might've only just found out what a postpartum doula is. The services I provide are the things I wished I'd had when I became a mother.

If you are out of my immediate service area, a small travel fee may be charged. Several different payment plans are available for those who need it. Financial strains should not prevent you from receiving the care you need.

Virtual Postpartum Doula Support - $399

While in-person doula services will always provide more connection and personal support, I recognize that there are situations in which this is not possible. Whether a family member is severely immunocompromised, you are in an area with no postpartum doula availability, or you just feel a deep connection with the work I do, I offer virtual services for those who would like it. When possible, the services will be identical to in-person, but there are times when that is just not feasible. Below are the services included in the virtual package.
- 6 hours of virtual care, no more than 1 hour at a time

- At least 1 meal/snack drop off included via delivery service, more available upon request

- Emotional Support and resources for mom and partner

- Breastfeeding support included in all virtual meetings, as well as assistance with pumping and bottle feeding if needed

- Assistance/education with baby sleep, routines and development, as well as additional resources for added support

- Includes Welcome Basket (shipped), which will include self-care products for mama & baby
